We inform you that your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making. All our processes related to decision-making are carried out with human involvement.

RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

  • Gestión y mantenimiento de la relación con los USUARIOS. Registro y curso de sus peticiones en las diferentes plataformas titularidad de ZYMVOL, seguimiento de las peticiones y sus correspondientes resultados (base de legitimación EJECUCIÓN CONTRACTUAL);
  • Utilización de los resultados obtenidos por parte de los USUARIOS mediante el uso de las plataformas titularidad de ZYMVOL (base de legitimación: INTERÉS LEGÍTIMO);
  • Comercialización de servicios de ZYMVOL (base de legitimación: EJECUCIÓN CONTRACTUAL);
  • Envío de newsletters, comunicaciones comerciales e informativas de su interés, y noticias relacionadas con los servicios del RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO (base de legitimación: CONSENTIMIENTO EXPRESO);
  • Mantenimiento de listas de supresión actualizadas para evitar ser contactado si usted lo solicita (base de legitimación: OBLIGACIÓN LEGAL DEL RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO);
  • Permitir el funcionamiento de nuestro Sitio Web a través de cookies (base de legitimación: CONSENTIMIENTO EXPRESO);

Su consentimiento expreso podrá ser revocado en cualquier momento, sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento basado en el consentimiento previo a su retirada.

MENORES DE 14 AÑOS:

Le informamos que el uso de los formularios disponibles en <zymbrain.ai> está limitado a USUARIOS mayores de 14 años, por lo que al utilizar cualquiera de ellos, usted garantiza que cumple con este requisito y acepta las consecuencias que se deriven en caso de no ser así.

RESPONSABILIDAD DEL USUARIO:

El USUARIO declara que todos los datos aportados son verdaderos, exactos, completos y actualizados, siendo responsable de cualquier daño o perjuicio, directo o indirecto, que pudiera ocasionarse como consecuencia del incumplimiento de tal obligación. En caso de que los datos aportados pertenecieran a un tercero, el USUARIO garantiza que ha informado a dicho terceros de los aspectos contenidos en este documento y obtenido su autorización para facilitar sus datos a ZYMVOL para los fines señalados. Será responsable de las informaciones falsas o inexactas que proporcione a través del Sitio Web titularidad de ZYMVOL y de los daños y perjuicios, directos o indirectos, que ello cause a ZYMVOL o a terceros.

DECISIONES AUTOMATIZADAS:

Le informamos de que sus datos personales no son objeto de decisiones automatizadas. Todos los procesos de toma de decisiones de nuestra entidad relacionadas con dichos tratamientos se realizan con intervención humana.

DESTINATARIOS DE SUS DATOS PERSONALES:

TRANSFERENCIAS INTERNACIONALES:

Asimismo, ZYMVOL podría contratar servicios de proveedores ubicados fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo que no dispongan de normativa equivalente a la europea. Sin embargo, ZYMVOL se encarga de que la contratación de los citados servicios cumpla con los requisitos establecidos por la normativa vigente en materia de Protección de Datos, aplicando a dichas transferencias las garantías y salvaguardas necesarias para preservar la privacidad de sus datos de carácter personal.

PLAZO DE CONSERVACIÓN:

Sus datos personales se conservarán mientras se mantenga su relación con el RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO y, tras la finalización de dicha relación por cualquier causa, mientras no comunique usted lo contrario y durante los plazos de prescripción legales que sean de aplicación. En este supuesto, se tratarán a los solos efectos de acreditar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales o contractuales del RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO. Finalizados dichos plazos de prescripción, sus datos serán eliminados o, alternativamente, anonimizados.

DERECHOS DE LOS INTERESADOS:

ZYMVOL le informa que puede ejercer los derechos de limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad de los datos, acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición y a no ser objeto de decisiones individuales automatizadas, incluida la elaboración de perfiles, dirigiéndose a gdpr@zymvol.com o a la dirección postal indicada con anterioridad.

Asimismo, si usted considera que el tratamiento de sus datos personales vulnera la normativa vigente en materia de Protección de Datos, puede presentar una reclamación ante la Autoridad de Control, en este caso la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos a través de su sede electrónica o dirección postal.
